Which payment methods are accepted by Chic Encounters?
Do you charge sales tax?
According to federal law, Chic Encounters is required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas. Orders shipped outside of Texas are not charged sales tax.
How do you ship your favors?
Chic Encounters standard shipping methods are UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or USPS Priority Mail. A shipping notification including tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
What is your policy regarding returns & exchanges?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact us by telephone within 10 days from the receipt of your order to get a return authorization number. We will accept returns within 10 days from the date that a return authorization number is issued. Returns without authorization numbers will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued on any shipping or processing charges incurred by Chic Encounters. Before issuing a refund, Chic Encounters will deduct the cost of shipping incurred through our "Free shipping" offer. Please note that returns will only be accepted if products are returned in their original form and packaging. Chic Encounters reserves the right to decline any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions listed above.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Chic Encounters does not issue refunds or exchanges for perishables, personalized items, custom items, product samples, and ribbon.
Do you offer wholesale pricing to event planners?
Chic Encounters does not offer wholesale pricing at this time; however we do offer Industry discounts to qualified businesses. Please contact us at info@chicenounters.com for additional information.
Do you accept solicitation from vendors?

I'm an event planner, do you offer referral incentives?
Chic Encounters welcomes event planners to participate in our "Vendor Referral Program" which allows vendors to earn 10% to 15% of sales from reffered clients.
